When my partners and I first started our firm, we created a complex, “more is better” business plan. As time went on, we realized that simple is better and removed extraneous activities and processes to form a more simplistic business plan that would scale to meet our growing needs. Today, we focus on the big picture and work to motivate our team to achieve larger and more meaningful goals.
